My Incredible Online Earnings For 2017.

It's that time of year! I always get a bit anxious and worried I won't beat my LY numbers but yet again, I have done it! Here is my breakdown for 2017:

GRAND TOTAL: $19,667.94 (SO CLOSE TO $20K!)

THAT AVERAGES TO:
$1,639 A MONTH
$378 A WEEK
$54 A DAY

NO, IT DOESN'T STACK UP TO A REGULAR FULL-TIME JOB BUT FOR WORKING FROM HOME AND SETTING MY OWN HOURS AND CHOOSING EXACTLY WHAT PROJECTS I WANT TO DO---IT'S PRETTY SWELL AND IT REALLY, REALLY HELPS OUR HOUSEHOLD BUDGET!

2017 WAS A 13% INCREASE FOR ME OVER 2016.

my blog has definitely slowed down. the first few years i was so busy discovering new sites and money makers--now i feel i have discovered all the good ones unless they are new--so there's not too much to post now. i also saw many sites close or join forces with other research companies. nevertheless i tallied up my top 15 money makers for 2017. here you go!

15. mintvine (now branded surveys) $105-----review HERE.

Vidlet: Paid Studies Through Video Answers.

the vidlet app is a new way for businesses to hear your feedback. sign up for the panel, download the app and wait to be invited to a study.

i just downloaded the app last month and have already been accepted into a $75 study. a 3 day study, videos answers to their questions and i earn $75---you can't beat that!

you can't be shy with this type of platform. your videos need to be prepared, articulate and well-delivered. i usually do about 3-5 takes before i get mine right!

available for iPhone and android.

The Amazing Amount This Homemaker Earned Online in 2016 From Surveys, Communities and Focus Groups.

it's time to reveal my total online income for 2016 and my top ten earners.
total amount earned in 2016:

$17,402
that averages out to:
$1,450 a month
$334 a week
$47.69 a day

of that, $11,311 (65%) was CASH, either in the form of a check mailed to me, a visa prepaid card or paypal deposit. the remainder (35%) was in gift cards--primarily amazon but some walmart, target and whole foods.

top 10 survey sites:
no. 1 swagbucks $981 my biggest earner but i also spend the most time here. my tips here. also note jan. is the site's slowest month--earnings pick up in feb.
no. 2 vocalpointvoice $425 (invite only. you need to get a recruit survey through another panel.)
no. 3 gtm $335
no. 4 mintvine $330
no. 5 resolution panel/usatalknow $301
no. 6 surveysavvy $292 must download their software for optimal earnings.
no. 7 productreportcard  $260
no. 8 innopoll $255
no. 9 ipoll $245 i don't recommend them now since SSI bought them. my earnings plummeted.
no. 10 parentspeak/kidzeyes $237

just these 10 sites generated over $3,600 income in one year! if you don't have 9 hrs a day to devote to this i highly suggest you just start out with these and start getting a routine down. 3 yrs. ago when i started all this to earn a bit of extra money i worked at it all month and earned a whopping $159. and back then i thought that was good! but every month i made a bit more and every month i worked a bit smarter---now i always make between $1200-$2000 a month--and that is sizable income for a homemaker! obviously this can't compete with a real job but it is great income considering i never have to leave the house, never have to pay for childcare and can truly pick and choose exactly what work i want to do so i am always available for our boys. plus it gives me something to do all day when they are in school!

SurveySavvy $40 Study. Looking for people planning on buying or leasing a new automobile in the next year.

surveysavvy is looking for anyone that is planning to buy or lease a new car within the next year to participate in a new savvyconnect research study called Project Chronos in exchange for a $40 incentive.

i just received an email today, the 10th, that they are still needing more participants, even though the study officially began on the 7th. i have done several savvyconnect studies before and they are very easy. you do need to download their application on your computer and phone which is completely passive and then answer a few short surveys. i have always been paid for my work and have never had any issues with their software.

Bright Ideas is looking for males to register with their survey panel. I love this panel and have completed quite a few $10 surveys. Right now they are needing male members and are allowing current members to refer friends and family thru sept. 30th, 2016.

please use my name 'bridget berliner' as your referral so i can earn an incentive too! here is their blurp:

During the month of September, the incentive is a $20 AMAZON GIFT CARD for every 5 MEN that sign up!!!

Here’s how it works:
Tell your referrals to sign up by going to www.brightideasresearch.com/register  When asked “How did you hear of Bright Ideas?” tell your referral to click on “Existing Panelist Referral” and enter your name. "BRIDGET BERLINER" :)

Act Now!  This promotion ends September 30th (at 11:59PM EST).

that's it! you won't hear from them often but like i said, every time i have it's for a $10 survey which you can't beat! you can also check them out on their fb page. i bet they will accept females too so take this opportunity as well if you aren't a member already!

thank you!

Focus Groups Round 8

--scoring focus groups is where the money is at. consequently, many many people are vying for a handful of slots. register for every focus group you can find to increase your odds. yes, it is a pain to fill out that initial profile but once it's done you are in their database and ready to get screeners! i suggest doing batches of 4-5 at a time so it's not so tedious and keeping a list of the ones you have joined since it's impossible to keep track of all of them!

and don't forget to also sign up with all the previous focus groups i have mentioned:

FindParticipants Review

i have been with this panel, findparticipants, for a few months. so far i have been invited to 3 studies, one being completely voluntarily and the other 2 involving a raffle/sweeps for the incentive. so obviously not ideal but since the amount of participants for these surveys is probably low your odds are much better winning a prize here than with some of the other big name sites. that being said, i haven't won anything yet :(

that doesn't mean there aren't any paying sites here, their site says there are, i just haven't been invited to any yet. nevertheless, it is worth the signup just to see what comes your way. if anything else, i find research, more academic-based surveys are far more engaging and interesting!

Focus Groups Round 7

it never ends! i truly believe the number of focus groups cannot be conquered. i know it's a pain reentering your info over and over but scoring a few $100 studies makes it all worthwhile! take 30 minutes and sign up with these sites now! i also will highly suggest investing in a webcam NOW. so many studies require them now and you are excluding yourself from many high paying opportunities if you don't have one. it is $30 that will pay itself off in spades.

Focus Groups Round 6!

time for yet another batch of focus groups. more and more people are jumping on the focus group bandwagon so it's important to sign up for as many groups as possible and have better odds of snagging a high paying study from possibly a lesser known site. i know it's a pain reentering your info over and over but scoring a few $100 studies makes it all worthwhile!

(for healthcare professionals and individuals in the medical field)

(requires webcam)

good luck to all!

Target's Online Review Program is Looking for New Members!

ATTENTION! DO NOT FALL FOR THE TARGET 'MYSTERY SHOP' $200 SCAM EMAIL. THAT EMAIL IS A SCAM. THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT PAY ANY MONETARY INCENTIVE--IT ONLY GIVES YOU FREE MERCHANDISE IN EXCHANGE FOR YOUR REVIEW.

focus pointe global has a division called STARS that involves having registrants receive products sold at Target in exchange for an honest review at target.com. so far i have only been accepted for two product trials: one was a nice youth bedding set and the other was uniform pants. of course i got to keep the products and writing the reviews took only about 30 minutes total. also know that there is no monetary compensation--the incentive is the merchandise.

here is one of my actual reviews:

The Surprising Amount I Earned Online In 2015.

another great online earning year! i keep good records of all my online earnings and for 2015 i made a grand total of:

$15,339.19

that's $1,278.27 a month

or $42.61 a day

to further break it down:

71% cash/check/paypal:
$10,841.24

29% giftcards(usually walmart or amazon):
$4,497.95.

granted, this is nothing compared to when i was working full time but it is great income for a homemaker! back then i was paying $460 PER WEEK for childcare, working many nights and weekends and nearly every holiday. also add in the cost of gas, work clothes and meals. now i am making decent money and am always home for my family (but admittedly on my laptop a lot!)

i also looked up my top 15 earners for last year. now keep in mind, i belong to over 100 sites, which includes survey companies, research panels, mobile apps and online communities--some only earning me $20 over the course of a year and others earning nearly $1000. the higher paying focus groups and online communities came about through invites through my regular survey taking sites or filling out an endless amount of screeners. here are my top survey site earners for the year:

Focus Groups to Join: Round 5.

there is simply no end to the number of online focus groups out there! with so many people nowadays vying for just a handful of slots you really need to go for every single opportunity.  some registrations are more involved than others and some screeners are simply obscene in their length. but the truth is scoring just a handful of online focus groups a year will easily net you several hundred dollars so the hope of that payoff just needs to be what keeps you going.

here are 3 more to sign up with:

best of luck everyone!

ResearchMatch: Pairing Up Researchers with Participants.

ResearchMatch is a site that helps researchers pair up with participants for research studies. simply fill out the registration and wait for a researcher to contact you for a potential study. Anyone living in the US can sign up--all ages and backgrounds are welcome.

although most of the studies seem medical based you do not need to have a medical condition to be selected for studies. in fact, i was just contacted for my first study through them and the only prerequisite was being a married couple with children.

since this site is only available for non-profit organizations (think university research departments), they may not be the highest paying studies but it is still worth signing up for since you can always decline any study.

here is the link to join. even though they describe participants as 'volunteers' i believe the majority of studies are in fact paying ones--my current study pays $90.

here is a snapshot ResearchMatch's current stats. nearly 500 current studies!

Cool Work Ideas--Your Next Go-to Site.

this is a blog that i check out multiple times DAILY. and if you are serious about maximizing your online earning potential you should immediately subscribe too!

paul, who runs the site, is a great guy and tells it like it is--the good, the bad and the 'completely not worth your time'. he is always digging around and discovering new focus groups and survey companies--and never hesitates to share his finds.

moreover, he actually started a forum on the site that is more community based (think slickdeals or reddit without the egos or intimidation) where people can post their finds, ask questions or list current focus group screeners. the vibe is so inviting, approachable and merciful! i have found and qualified for  several studies just from the Cool Work Ideas Forum. definitely worth the bookmark to check for nationwide studies daily.

check it out and may the focus group be with you!
