three-berry focaccia bliss

this is your perfect dessert! its so tart, sweet and delectable--ideal for a hot summer day. you only need a handful of ingredients and its ready in 30 minutes!

ingredients:
*1 10 oz portion fresh of frozen (thawed) whole-wheat pizza of bread dough
(i just used a boboli whole wheat crust and it was perfect)

*1 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted

*1 tsp. olive oil

*1/4 c sugar

*1/4 c each of fresh blackberries, raspberries and blueberries--i used a lot more though

-preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment. stretch or roll dough into a large oval on baking sheet. (again, i skipped all this. i just used my ready to go boboli crust and used a round pizza pan lined with parchment--super easy!)

-combine butter and oil in small bowl. brush dough with mixture.

-sprinkle berries and then sprinkle sugar on dough. bake until dough is golden and berries just begin to bubble and burst- about 20-25 minutes.

-cut and serve---ENJOY!

word of caution--don't try to make this a day early! i did once and the dough was way too soggy from all the fruit. it really needs to be made and eaten the same day.

here is the recipe i loosely followed
