you will get emails for new activities a few times a month. some are quick surveys, some even quicker polls and some are projects that are more involved. you are told up front what that particular activity/survey pays and you even get a small amount if you start it but disqualify.
all rewards are paid out in amazon gift card codes. i easily make about $8 a month just doing the quick surveys and polls but i am always looking for the high paying assignments. in the past year i have completed a $100 special activity and just this past week i earned $25 for just logging all of my family's breakfasts for the past 7 days and answering some questions.
